CANCELLATION POLICIES
The customer has two types of rates available: refundable or weekly and non-refundable. If the refundable option is selected, the customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the customer chooses to cancel the reservation after this time, penalties will apply. In particular, if the customer cancels from 14 to 8 days before, a penalty of 30% will be charged; if the customer cancels 7 days before arrival, the penalty will increase by 70%. Cancellations up to 1 day before and failure to show up at check-in will result in the payment of the total amount of the reservation. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed; in fact, advance payment of the entire stay is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation or modification, the entire amount of the stay will be charged. If the customer chooses to change the dates of the stay and/or the number of guests, he/she can contact the administration in advance through the contacts found directly on the site; there will be supplements that will be requested based on availability and that depend on the period of the stay.
REQUIRED INFORMATION ON CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Our staff will contact the customer one or two days before arrival to organize the reception, therefore it is essential to indicate a telephone contact and a valid email address during the booking phase. In fact, since most of our facilities are villas and residences, they do not provide a permanent presence on site, therefore it is essential that the customer first contact the staff in order to communicate the exact arrival time and not wait uselessly outside the facility. At the time of check in, the customer undertakes to show a valid identity document for registration purposes and to pay - if applicable - the tourist tax. Furthermore, during the stay, the customer will be asked to view and sign the rental contract with a virtual signature. The keys to the facility are delivered to the customer during the reception at check in and returned to the staff at check out. During the stay, the customer can request information and support from the staff for any need (organization of tours, tastings, restaurant reservations, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, taxis).
**Check in time is from 15:00 to 19:00; a possible late check in is available upon request, paying a supplement of €20.00 if it is done from 19:00 to 21:30, of €40.00 if it is done from 21:30 to 23:30; of €50.00 from 23:30 onwards. Alternatively, it is possible to organize a self check in upon request.
** Check out is scheduled on the morning of departure by 10:00. A possible late check out is available upon request and based on the availability of the property and is possible free of charge by 12:00, paying a supplement of €50.00 from 12:00 to 15:00 and the full rate if you choose to leave the property after 15:00.
