CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations can be made by choosing from three different rate options: **Refundable, Weekly, and Exclusive**

The Refundable and Weekly rates require a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount to be paid at the time of booking. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. If the guest decides to cancel after this period, cancellation fees will apply. Specifically, cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival are subject to a 30% penalty; cancellations made 7 days before arrival are subject to a 70% penalty. Cancellations made within 1 day before arrival, as well as no-shows, will result in the charge of the full amount of the reservation.
The Exclusive rate requires a 30% deposit of the total stay amount to be paid at the time of booking, with full prepayment of the stay required upon reservation. Cancellation is free of charge up to 50 days before the check-in date. After this deadline, the rate is non-refundable.
Any requests to modify the stay dates and/or the number of guests must be communicated directly to the property through the contact details available on the website. Changes will be evaluated according to availability and may involve additional charges, which vary depending on the stay period and the property's conditions.

One or two days before arrival, our staff will contact the guest to arrange the welcome and arrival procedure. Therefore, it is essential to provide a valid telephone number and email address at the time of booking. At check-in, the guest agrees to present a valid identity document for registration purposes and to pay the tourist tax, if applicable. Room keys will be handed over during check-in and must be returned to our staff upon departure. During the stay, our team will be available to provide information, assistance, and help guests organize services and experiences, such as tours and excursions, tastings, restaurant reservations, beach sun loungers and umbrellas, and taxi services.

**Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a self check-in procedure will be available.**
**Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability: until 12:00 PM with an additional charge of €30.00; from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM with an additional charge of €50.00; after 3:00 PM, the full cost of one additional night will be charged.**

Pets are not allowed.
A baby cot is available upon request, with an additional charge of €25.00 per stay.
